What Payment Methods Can I Use?

You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card.  Payment in cash on delivery is currently only available only for orders placed from and delivered within the boundaries of the United Arab Emirates.

Can I Pay With Cash?

Sure, cash payments for orders placed through www.emgtrdxb.com can be accepted on delivery but only for orders placed in and delivered within the UAE. For other countries, payment through credit / debit card is available.

Do You Support International Cards?

On emgtrdxb.com, you can use any credit or debit card with a Visa/Mastercard logo. Other cards may be accepted. Please check with us if you would like to find out the eligibility of other card types issued outside the UAE.

Will I be Charged in My Country’s Currency?

Please note that all orders will be charged in UAE Dirhams (AED). If your card account is denominated in another currency, the amount deducted in your local currency may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. Please note that your card issuer may charge for foreign currency conversions. Please contact your Bank / card issuer for any applicable rates as Emirates Markets General Trading LLC will not be liable for any foreign exchange related losses arising from purchases paid for in foreign currencies.

Why Was My Card Declined?

Cards can be declined for various reasons. Please ensure that your payment card is valid, you have entered the correct card and billing information, and your account is adequately funded to cover the cost of your purchase plus any applicable additional charges from your card issuer / bank. Due to the privacy of the bank/client relationship, your bank will not disclose to us the reason for your card being declined. Please contact your bank / card issuer for any enquiries relating to your card.

Can I Get A Refund Immediately?

If you would like to get a refund, the provisions of our Return Policy apply. Should you be eligible for a refund, the refund will be credited back into the same card account used for the purchase. Please note that the time taken to process refunds will depend on your card issuer / bank.
